HAPPY SATURDAY MORNING!! WE ARE GLAD YOU HAVE DECIDED TO SLIDE INTO SUMMER WITH US!!

  1. A coach must check in prior to your first game. We will verify your USA registration, insurance, and ensure you have at least 2 coaches who have passed their background check and are SafeSport certified (although this should be done for any adult you have working in the dugout). If you have not registered with USA Softball yet this year there will be a $30 registration fee you will need to pay when checking in.  When you check in we will also verify that your roster is online and you will receive two game balls.

  2. Everyone will pay at the gate. A Coach can then bring up to 3 paid gate passes to the check in area (bring them all at once preferably) and you will be reimbursed and receive your weekend coaches passes (up to 3). This must be done on Saturday. There will be no weekend reimbursements on Sunday. Gate is $6 per day for adults and $3 per day for Kids and Seniors.  Cash only. Anyone who refuses to pay gate, treats gate workers with disrespect, or enters the facility without paying gate will be asked to leave the complex.

  3. Check in for 10U teams on Saturday will be at OGSA 151st St. Complex in the office at the back of the park near the rest rooms.  Check in for 12U and 14U teams will be at Lone Elm Complex at the covered table area in the middle of the complex.  I will be at OGSA and Shelby will be at Lone Elm.

Tournament Details

  • 4 Game Guarantee - Pool followed by Single Elimination Bracket

  • Gate Fee will be $6 for adults and $3 for Seniors and Kids. Cash only. 

  • 8U - $270 - Coach Pitch

  • Open Divisions will play USA Softball Rules  

  • 10C Division will play: No Dropped 3rd Strike, No Infield Fly Rule, No Stealing Home (Can only advance home on a ball hit or if forced home by a walk or hit by pitch).  Anyone attempting to steal home is at liability to be put out.  If they make it home without being put out, time will be declared and the runner will be returned to 3rd base.  There is NOT a one base on an overthrow rule in this 10C Division. 10C WILL have a 5 run per half inning limit.

  • 12C WILL have a 5 run per half inning limit.  All other rules for 12C same as open divisions.

  • All Divisions will have a run spread of 12-10-8 after innings 3-4-5.

  • Be prepared to play Friday evening (dependent on number of entrants)

Registration Deadline

  • May 12th at 11:59 PM

  • All teams must be registered and paid by the deadline to be scheduled

Check-In Details

  • Must be USA Softball registered for the 2024 season in order to participate

  • Must show Proof of Insurance at Check-In

  • Must have a completed roster -> Tournament MVP

  • Player List/Roster must have all current players and coaches listed

  • Receive two softballs once all items are verified

  • Rainout Policy

    • If 75% of games are played, there will be no refunds.

    • Any refunds will be issued based on the number of games a team played.

    • If no games are played, a $25 administration fee will be withheld from the refund.

    • No refunds will be given to teams who forfeit games.

  • Team Drop Policy

    • If a team drops before the registration deadline has passed, there will be a full refund.

    • If a team drops on Sunday before the tournament, there will be a $50 administration fee assessed and balance will be refunded.

    • If a team drops on Monday before the tournament or later there will be no refund as the schedule will already be in process.
