TEAMS: Must be registered with USA Softball & have some form of team insurance for the current season. You can now upload your teams insurance certificate by logging in and clicking on your Team Information link. Coaches are required to pass the Background Check & complete the SafeSport certification found on RegisterUSASoftball.com. ONLINE PAYMENTS are accepted for our events but note that PayPal adds a processing fee of approximately 3.5% to each transaction.

⚠️ Important Registration Update for the 2026 Season

Individual Registration (which includes insurance) for the 2026 season will begin on or before August 20. You do not need to wait to enter tournaments!

Teams may register for tournaments now and do the paper form for individual registration. Background checks, and Safe Sport requirements can be done prior to your first game.

We will post updates regarding the transition from RegisterUSA and new registration procedures right here as information becomes available. But for the time being, please use the paper form and mail it and a check to the Missouri state office. (2026 Individual Registration Form)
