UPDATE for SUNDAY > Monica will be at the ballpark tomorrow 1pm thru the Finals. She'll be down on the lower level by the D-Bat booth. Please stop by with your team and see her on Sunday!!! T-Shirts on sale at the office on Sunday!
Coaches > Check in before you play your 1st game at the office on the hill between the upper and lower fields.
Daily Admission > Adults $5 Youth $3
Coaches Passes > teams are allowed a maximum of 3 passes for the weekend. Lost or stolen passes will not be replaced and you must pick up your passes on Saturday. Coaches will pay to enter on Saturday but will be reimbursed when you turn in your admission ticket on Saturday. Teams are allowed a maximum of 3 coaches passes per team.

About Monica > she is one of the most decorated pitchers in softball history!
Along with all her accomplishments, she is in the Guinness Book of Records with the fastest softball pitch ever, reaching 77 miles per hour back on June 16, 2012, in a National Pro Fastpitch (NPF) game between Abbott's Chicago Bandits and the Carolina Diamonds.
Harvesters Canned Food Drive Contest >
Donations accepted from 8:00am until 3pm on Saturday
The team who donates the most canned goods will get to have Monica in their dugout and guest coach an inning of one of their games! Winner to be announced at 3:30pm
Book / Autograph Signing > Will take place on Saturday from 11am--1:30pm
Sunday Awards Presentations >
Monica will be at the ballpark again on Sunday and will handle all the award presentations!
AWARDS > Team awards in all divisions
AWARDS > In all divisions, the awards are based on bracket play results only - NOT on pool play results.

REMINDER > All teams must have at least two coaches who have completed & passed the USA Softball Background Check and have taken SafeSport - no exceptions - found on the www.RegisterUSASoftball.com website.
ALL TEAMS MUST ENTER THEIR COMPLETE ROSTERS ONLINE ON THIS WEBSITE!
Rainout Policy: If 75% of games are played, there will be no refunds. Refunds will be issued based on number of games played. If the event is completely rained out, refunds will be issued minus a $25 non-refundable administration fee. There will be no refunds to teams that withdraw from the tournament once the schedule is made or to those who forfeit games.
