"CAPTURE" the Leprechaun

There are seven Leprechauns hiding out at Adair Park this weekend, causing all sorts of havoc.  We have their "pot of gold" and will not give it back until they all agree to behave.  We are asking for your teams' help by capturing these guys and bringing them into tournament headquarters.  For your help your team will be REWARDED.

Step One:

Pick up your clues at team check-in.

Step Two:

Find all seven Leprechauns and "capture" each one by taking a team picture with the little guy.

Step Three:

Once you have "captured" all seven Leprechauns, return to headquarters for your reward.

Teams have all weekend to find these grouchy little guys!

AWARDS:  1st Place = Medals + Team Award  2nd Place = Medals + Team Award

FORMAT:  Pool Play followed by Single Elimination Bracket

Gate:  $6.00 Adults; $3.00 Seniors (62 & Over)/Kids (5-17)

ROSTERS:  Teams who enter their rosters online will receive two softballs when the coach checks in with the on-site tournament director!

REMINDER  >  All teams must be registered with USA Softball and have at least two coaches who have completed AND passed both the USA Softball background check AND SafeSport certification - NO exceptions.  Coaches need to obtain their background checks via the www.RegisterUSASoftball.com website.

Rainout Policy:  If 75% of games are played, there will be no refunds.  Any refunds will be issued based on the number of games a team played.  If no games are played, a $25 administration fee will be withheld from the refund.

NO REFUNDS FOR WITHDRAWAL FROM TOURNAMENT ONCE THE SCHEDULE IS COMPLETE.
