7:00 AM -- Sunday -- We will start the 8:30 AM games at 9:30; 10:00 AM will start at 11:00 AM.
6:00 AM - Sunday -- Start times have been pushed back 1 hour (8:30 am games -- moved to 9:30 am, etc). We will reassess the fields at 7 AM and an update will be texted to the coaches and then updated on here.

At ball parks at least 1 1/2 hours before first game
REMINDERS TO Junior Olympic (Youth) STATE TOURNAMENT TEAMS
- Teams can bat their roster in POOL PLAY ONLY. In bracket play, you can bat a straight 9, or use the DP/Flex.
- Teams must be individually registered or have the Weekend Only registration. ALL coaches (18 & Older) must have a background check and have Safe Sport. Coaching credentials can be done at www.registerusasoftball.com.
- Teams pitch the balls they provide, must have them approved by tournament director, must have ASA/USA Softball logo on them.
- Upload your roster to TournamentMVP.
- Games could start Friday night, if enough teams are registered.
- Pool Play is 60 minutes and Bracket Play is 75 minutes. We will play International Tie Breaker in Pool Play.
RAIN POLICY: In the event of rain during any state tournament, refunds will be issued as follows:
- If a team has played only one game, a partial refund may be made, limited by the amount of extra expenses provided by the hosting organization.
- If two or more rain delays occur, expenses soar. If the tournament is a total wash-out and no field work is possible, the refund would be more. An administrative fee up to $50 may be charged if no games are played.
- If a team has played two or more games, no refund will be made and every attempt will be made to crown a champion of the tournament.
