Hello Everyone-


We have decided to cancel all events for the RecruitLook Showcase in Kansas City this weekend.

Combine, College Showcase, and Tournament ... are all canceled.

We have made 5+ versions of schedules to try and make it work for this weekend. Darren Elliott has been working extremely hard behind the scenes, and we just wanted to recognize his efforts.

The weather has not cooperated and doesn't appear to be much better over the weekend. We feel this decision is in the best safety of the players.

WHAT'S NEXT?

Options...

Tournament
1.) We are going to issue refunds to all the tournament teams. Please be patient with us as we go through this process. I will contact those who paid with a check and send a company check back. Venmo payments will be sent back via Venmo and PayPal checkouts will be through PayPal.

2.) Wichita - November 3-5, 2023. 
We have an event next weekend in Wichita (weather is supposed to be 60s & 70s!) that you are welcome to attend if you need another event.


Combine & Showcase
1.) We will refund everyone since we have canceled the event. Before we do, we are offering to transfer your combine & showcase over to our Wichita event next Friday, November 3rd. 

2.) If you want a transfer, just email Mike Enright (michael.enright118@gmail.com) the name of the player and put Combine Transfer in the subject line.

3.) If you want a refund, please just email Mike Enright (michael.enright118@gmail.com) the name of the player and put Combine Refund in the subject line.

Do note... all refunds take 3-10 days to credit back.

The RecruitLook Softball Circuit heads to Kansas City for a big showcase tournament that in 2022 had teams from nine different states and 40+ college coaches in attendance.  We are anticipating an even bigger turnout in 2023 and look forward to hosting you!


The October 27-29 weekend will feature a Combine, College Showcase Games, and Elite Tournament.  This is a great opportunity for more college recruiting exposure!  At this same event in 2022, we had a 3-to-1 athlete-to-college coach ratio at our Combine, four college coaches on each field coaching the College Showcase Games, and had 40+ College Coaches at the event while we were producing college recruiting promotion through online coverage and videos.


RecruitLook Combines > Our combines measure athletes in various drills that college coaches are seeking additional data on athletes.  We use laser technology and have college coaches on the field assisting in the drills.  All information is uploaded to Leaderboards through Virtual Combine -- now athletes can track their results from event to event and compare their numbers across the country. 
Combine is $60 per player


RecruitLook College Showcase Games > Our Showcase Games are a great chance to showcase your skills in front of college coaches.  Athletes register individually and will be placed on teams by our staff.  We assign college coaches to each team that will be in the dugout coaching the games.  Do not miss this chance to learn from college coaches and showcase your talents!
Combine testing partners: Blast, Dashr, and Virtual Combine.
Cost > Showcase is $140 per player for one showcase game.  Signup for both and save $15 ($185 for the combine + college showcase game.)


Format: 5 game guarantee.  3 pool and double elimination bracket
Cost: $700 / team
Gate: $10 / day with 10-under Free
Games: 7-innings / 90-minutes
Divisions: 14U, 16U, 18U Open
Facilities: Adair Park, Frank White Jr. Softball Complex, Hidden Valley Park
Lodging: This is not stay-to-play; teams can book where they please
Awards: Medals and Trophies for 1st & 2nd place
Game Balls: Two game balls will be provided courtesy of Decker Sports

Check In: You must check in prior to your first games to verify USA registration and Insurance.  Adair check in is in the office above fields 3 and 4. Hidden Valley Check in is in the covered seating area next to concessions and Field 7. Frank White check in is the covered seating area in the middle of the complex above the concession stand.


Recruiting: College Coaches in attendance and RecruitLook Scouts covering the players to promote on social media and RecruitLook.com.


If 75% of games are played, there will be no refunds.  Refunds will be issued based on the number of games played.  If the event is completely rained out, refunds will be issued minus a $50 non-refundable administration fee.  There will be no refunds to teams that withdrawal from the tournament once the schedule is made or to those who forfeit games. Tournament Administration reserves the right to change or modify schedules should weather and/or field conditions require the schedule to be adjusted.
