FACILITY LOCATION: Salina Fieldhouse, 140 N 5th St, Salina, KS 67401

COACHES CHECK-IN: There will be a sign-in sheet for team coaches at the door. First three (3) coaches to sign in for each team will not pay. Those 3 coaches who sign in will receive a coaches pass to re-enter. Everyone after that who says they're a coach will need to pay. First coach to sign in will be given your new ball and will be marked off accordingly.

CONCESSION STANDS: Concessions will be available all day.

GAME BALLS: Hit your own balls. Red-stitch ASA/USA Stamped 11" Optic Yellow .47 COR/375 Ball (No USSSA Blue-stitch balls will be used)

PLAYING SHOES: NO steel spiked shoes on any turf field. Plastic molded cleated turf field shoes are allowed. Regular gym or athletic shoes with flat soles are preferred.

FACILITY SEATING: Aluminum bleacher seating is provided. NO LAWN CHAIRS OR FOLDING CHAIRS PERMITTED. Folded stadium chairs are preferred.

INDIVIDUAL GATE FEE: Adults 18 and Older $6.00; Ages 5-17 $2.00 (Cash only).

ENTRIES ARE CLOSED FOR THIS TOURNAMENT. WE WILL PLAY WITH 10 TEAMS. If you still wish to enter, enter your team in the tournament and you will go on the Waiting List. If a team would drop out between now and the tournament date, 1st up on the Waiting List can enter and play.

This is an indoor tournament for 10's. It will be played inside the Salina Fieldhouse on Field TurfREGISTER EARLY. REGISTRATIONS WILL BE LIMITED TO THE FIRST 10 TEAMS ENTERED FOR THIS EVENT.

We reserve the right to update or change information, formats or divisions on this event at any time. Please be sure to check back for possible updated information prior to coming to this tournament. Venue changes or additions, if needed, will be announced 7 days or more prior to the tournament.



NEW FOR 2024 – Teams will receive 1 new 11" Dudley Thunder Heat USA Red Stitch ball at Coaches check-in. 

September 1, 2023 starts the new insurance and registration period for 2024. If you currently have no team insurance, go to to obtain new insurance and register your team for 2024 thru USA Softball.

EFFECTIVE 9/1/23 - A player's age as of August 31 determines the age in which the player is eligible to play the following year.

COACHES BACKGROUND CHECK & SAFESPORT: All teams for 2024 must have at least 2 coaches who have passed the USA background check (passing a USSSA background check does not qualify for or replace passing a USA background check) & have completed their SafeSport certification found on - NO EXCEPTIONS!

PLAYER ROSTERS: Coaches will need to have your player roster entered and completed on no later than the Thursday evening before the start of the tournament. This is required for each tournament you enter. NO EXCEPTIONS!

ENTRY FEE PAYMENT POLICY: Credit or debit cards only. You will be paying the tournament entry fee thru PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay. Teams will be dropped from the tournament, if the entry fee is not paid for by the tournament entry date deadline.

TOURNAMENT RULES: Can be viewed or downloaded by going to the "Tournament Documents" section.

TEAM TOURNAMENT DROP POLICY:  If a team drops before the registration deadline has passed, there will be a full refund. If a team  drops out after the tournament entry deadline as passed, for any reason, there will be no refund of entry fee monies, as schedules will be in play already. To qualify for a Team Drop refund or drop out of a tournament, go to your team home page on and put in a drop request. No emails, texts or phone calls. NO EXCEPTIONS.

This is a USA Fastpitch Softball sanctioned event. Proof of liability & accident insurance is REQUIRED PRIOR to playing in this event. We accept USA or USSSA insurance. Teams with USA Softball liability & accident insurance are AUTOMATICALLY A REGISTERED USA team. Teams with non-USA liability & accident insurance will be required to pay a one-time-for-the-season fee of $30 to become a USA registered team for 2024. This is valid thru 8/31/2024. This can be completed through your team account in You will be required to provide a PDF copy of your non-USA Softball liability & accident insurance policy, along with your $30 fee, no later than by the tournament entry deadline date.
