WELCOME to ** DYLAN's ARMY ** USA Softball Charity Benefit!
100% of the proceeds from this event will benefit research on Type 1 Diabetes as well as the local chapters of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and the Kids With Courage Foundation.
This event will feature several tournament "extras". Be sure to check out the "Downloads" section for additional information after Feb 1st for additional details.

"Kids with Courage" is a local Kansas City non-profit organization that works with Children's Mercy and other hospitals to provide aid to newly diagnosed children with Type 1 Diabetes. Please visit their website for complete details: https://KidsWithCourage.org/

In all divisions, the awards are based on bracket play results only - NOT on pool play results.
FORMAT = Pool followed by Single Elimination Bracket
ROSTERS: Teams who enter their rosters online will receive two softballs when the coach checks in with the on-site tournament director!
RULES: USA Softball rules apply with the following exceptions:
All games will be 70 minutes - finish the inning.
Roster batting is allowed for the entire tournament

REMINDER > All teams must be registered with USA Softball and have at least two coaches who have completed & passed the USA Softball background check and SafeSport certification - no exceptions. Coaches need to obtain their background checks on the https://www.RegisterUSASoftball.com website.

Rainout Policy: Refunds will be issued based on the number of games a team has played plus the admin fee. If no games are played, a $50 admin fee will be withheld and the remainder of the entry fee will be refunded. If 75% of the games are played, there will be no refunds.
No refunds to teams who forfeit games or who drop out once a division is full and schedule has been made.
