Pool play begins on Saturday, May 4 with a three-game guarantee moving on to single elimination bracket play on Sunday.  Be prepared to play on Friday evening if entries warrant in the scheduling process.

Please note, if divisions don't fill, we will combine B & C levels if need be.

About Heritage Park: 

Heritage Park is a five-field softball complex located adjacent to the Missouri River in St. Joseph and was named the 2009 National Amateur Softball Association Complex of the Year.  It has hosted ten national tournaments, several regional and state tournaments along with the NCAA Softball National Championship in 2011.

Rules:

C state rules will govern play with some modification by age and division.  Teams may bat roster.  Age eligibility for participating teams will be in accordance with current USA Softball guidelines.  Each team will receive one new softball for tournament play.

Awards: 

Awards in all divisions are based solely off bracket play results, not pool play.

Rainout Policy:

If 75% of games are played, there will be no refunds.  Any refunds will be issued based on the number of games a team played.  If no games are played, a $50 administration fee will be withheld from the refund. 

No refunds will be allowed for teams who forfeit games or drop out once a division is full and schedule has been made.

Dugout/Uniform Contest:

We will conduct a dugout/uniform contest for any team that wishes to participate on Saturday of the event.  Theme will be announced closer to date.
