Format:
Wickedly fly into to St. Joseph this fall, October 12-13 for this early Halloween themed tournament! This event is open to the following divisions:
8U OPEN
10U B
10U C
12U B
12U C
14U B
14U C
As a note, we will combine divisions in each age if at least four teams aren’t reached in each classification. Pool play begins on Saturday, October 12 with a three-game guarantee moving on to single elimination bracket play on Sunday. Be prepared to play on Friday evening if participation/scheduling makes it necessary.
Please note, we will combine B & C divisions if need to be complete a full pool.
Entry Fee: $350 per team (10U, 12U, 14U), $270 per team (8U) - (Payment is accepted by either cash, check or credit card). If paid by credit card, please use the link on this page. If by check or cash, please mail to the below address:

Gate Fee: $5 per person, per day, children 6 & under will be admitted free
Rules of Play:
“C” State rules are used for play with modification. Teams will bat line up. Age eligibility will be determined in accordance with current USA Softball regulations. All teams will receive one new ball for tournament play.

About Heritage Park:
Heritage Park is a five-field softball complex located adjacent to the Missouri River in St. Joseph and was named the 2009 National Amateur Softball Association Complex of the Year. It has hosted ten national tournaments, several regional and state tournaments along with the NCAA Softball National Championship in 2011.
Awards:
Awards in all divisions are based solely off bracket play results, not pool play.
Rainout Policy:
If 75% of games are played, there will be no refunds. Any refunds will be issued based on the number of games a team played. If no games are played, a $50 administration fee will be withheld from the refund.
No refunds will be allowed for teams who forfeit games or drop out once a division is full and schedule has been made.
