The Mother's Day Bash

THIS TOURNAMENT WILL BE HELD AT RIVERSIDE PARK. AND THERE WILL BE GAMES FRIDAY NIGHT. NO GAMES WILL START EARLIER THAN 6 PM

This tournament is for 10u thru 14u.  This will be one pool game into a single elimination shootout.  The winner of pool games will play in upper flight and losers will play in lower flight.  Pool games will be random.  Games will Start on Friday night at 6 pm and end on Saturday.  ALL TEAMS WILL PLAY ON FRIDAY NIGHT so mothers can enjoy their day.  No Sunday Games.  The cost of this tournament is $425. Trophies will be given to champions and runner up for each flight and division.

This tournament will be one pool game into a shootout with upper and lower flights

Teams are responsible for providing ASA approved fastpitch balls.

Time limit for games will be 70 minutes.  No games can end in a tie.  All games tied at the end of regulation will go directly to international tie breaker.  There are no drop dead games

You are allowed to bat roster and have free substitutions

Refunds are as follows. 0 games played full refund minus administration fee. 1 game played 50% refund. 2 or mare games played no refund.  No refund for pulling out of tournament after schedule is released.

No gate fees for our tournaments.  Gate fees are already in the cost of the tournament.

The home team will be the official scorebook 

Metal Cleats may be worn by teams 14U and above.  12U and under are not allowed to wear metal cleats

If you skip a game in any tournament then you will be eliminated from the tournament and will receive no refund.

All payment must be made at before schedule is released or your team will not be scheduled. 

The tournament director and UIC have the right to change game formats due to weather delays or other circumstances.

All teams must be registered with USA Softball  If you are not a member of USA Softball, you must get a weekend pass of $30.
