WELCOME to the Class "A" KC Metro Championships!

NO Gate fees for this tournament!

This tournament is a National Qualifier!  Event is open to any team currently registered with USA Softball. However, berths to Nationals can only be awarded to Kansas City Metro or Kansas teams (unless otherwise approved by your local USA Softball Commissioner).

New for 2025 > Skills Competitions!!!

Players will have the opportunity to compete for $1000 in prizes / gift cards in the following categories:  Best time for Around the Horn (must have 5 players to participate), Team Speed (must have at least 5 players to participate), Best Pop Time for Catchers, Best Fastball for Pitchers, Home Run Derby (5 balls hit off the tee).  Players will only compete against others in their age group!  More information will be provided by June 1st on all contests.

BERTHS > Available to teams in either the 2025 USA National Finals or USA Territorial Nationals.  Check with the tournament director for details!  Dates / locations for the 2025 Nationals can be found on the following link:

Top team in each division also has the opportunity to accept a berth the new USA National Championship in 2026 where only 1 team per division can advance to the One True Championship.  Dates  / locations for this event are as follows:

FORMAT = Pool followed by Single Elimination Bracket

ROSTERS = All teams must enter their rosters online on this website.  Teams who wish to go to USA Softball Nationals must also submit the Official USA Softball Championship roster prior to participating.  Teams who have purchased the USA Softball insurance can obtain their roster from the RegisterUSASoftball.com website.  

Teams who enter their rosters online will receive two softballs when the coach checks in with the on-site tournament director!

AWARDS > Awards are based on bracket play results only - NOT on pool play results.

REMINDER > All teams must be registered with USA Softball and have at least two coaches who have completed and passed the USA Softball background check - no exceptions.  Coaches need to obtain their background checks on the RegisterUSASoftball.com website.

Rainout Policy: If 3 games are played = NO REFUND, If 2 games are played = $250 Refund, If 1 game is played = $390 refund.  If no games are played a $50 administration fee will be retained and the remainder will be refunded.

No refunds to teams who forfeit or drop out once a division is full and schedule has been made.
