T-Shirt Sales: M and A Designs will have their trailer set up at OGSA Sun am during pool play. They will then leave and set up at Lone Elm for Bracket Play Sun afternoon. Get your tourney shirts!!

Sunday schedule is live.  We will play 2 Pool Games followed by single elim bracket. Both sets of schedules are updated.  Please pay attention to where your games are tomorrow.  In order to get all of those games in we are moving all of the 12U to Lone Elm for the whole day.  Thanks and best of luck Battling for the Crown!!

Coaches--one other note.  We are adding 2 special awards this year in the Championship Game.  BOTH the Champions and Runner Up teams will need to notify tournament staff who your Tournament MVP is of your team prior to the awards presentation--watch those stats and game changer closely :-) We will be awarding those MVP's their own Crown or Tiara!!

If you paid gate to get in today KEEP THAT PASS and it will get you in tomorrow.  Wish we could play today--no one wishes that more than me and our grounds crew that have been here since 530am.  But mother nature had other plans today.  Thanks for your patience.

Weather Updates: In the event of bad weather please check the status of fields by downloading the free app at rainoutline.com and search USA Kansas City for a listing of fields. You can also dial (816) 222-0076 and listen for the prompts  

Pool Schedules and Brackets are now posted.  Note some teams may begin at Lone Elm and move to OGSA 151st St. Complex later in the day.  Some teams may begin and end at Lone Elm.  Please check your game times and fields carefully.  ALL Bracket games will be at OGSA 151st St. Complex.

Check in at OGSA will be in the office at the back of the park.  Check in at Lone Elm will be in the middle of the complex at the covered table area.  All teams must check in prior to your first game.  

All participants will pay at the gate.  $8 for adults. $5 for kids and seniors.  Cash Only.  Tickets will be good for entrance to both parks.  Coaches can bring up to three passes on SATURDAY ONLY for reimbursement and to receive a Coaches Weekend Pass.  No softball parking at the church or new daycare to the north of the fields.  Last weekend the church and the new daycare called us to let us know cars would be towed if they parked there.

NO metal spikes are allowed on the pitching mats at Lone Elm or OGSA.  Turf shoes or molded cleats only.

Tournament Details

  • 4 Game Guarantee - Pool followed by Single Elimination Bracket

  • 8U - $270 - Coach Pitch. 

  • Gate Fee will be $8 for adults and $5 for seniors and kids (cash only).

  • All Divisions will play USA Softball Rules (except where otherwise specified).

    • 10B Division will play by 10B open rules  

    • 10C Division: no dropped third strike, no infield fly rule, no stealing home (can only advance home if forced via hit by pitch or walk or on a ball hit).  4 outfielders allowed. NO one base on an overthrow restriction.  Any baserunner attempting to steal home is at liability to be put out; if they make it home without being put out, time will be declared and all runners that advanced will be returned to their originating base.

    • 10C & 12C Division: five run per half inning limit.

    • All Divisions: roster batting allowed and run spread of 12-10-8 after innings 3-4-5.

  • OGSA/Lone Elm does not allow alcohol consumption, smoking, vaping, bicycles, hoverboards, scooters, skateboards, motorized vehicles in our facilities.  We do not tolerate abusive behavior or language by any participant towards other participants, staff, umpires.  Violating any of these rules will result in being removed from the complex.

  • USA Softball Tournaments have adopted a zero tolerance policy that all participants agree to by taking part in our events.  Anyone found in violation of this policy will be subject to removal from the event and possible disciplinary actions for future events.

  • Be prepared to play Friday evening (dependent on number of entrants).

Registration Deadline

  • June 1st at 11:59 PM

  • All teams must be registered and paid by the deadline to be scheduled

Check-In Details

  • Must be USA Softball registered for the 2024 season in order to participate

  • Must show Proof of Insurance at Check-In

  • Must have a completed roster -> Tournament MVP

  • Player List/Roster must have all current players and coaches listed

  • Receive two softballs once all items are verified

  • Rainout Policy

    • If 75% of games are played, there will be no refunds.

    • Any refunds will be issued based on the number of games a team played.

    • If no games are played, a $25 administration fee will be withheld from the refund.

    • No refunds will be given to teams who forfeit games.

  • Team Drop Policy

    • If a team drops before the registration deadline has passed, there will be a full refund.

    • If a team drops on Sunday before the tournament, there will be a $50 administration fee assessed and balance will be refunded.

    • If a team drops on Monday before the tournament or later there will be no refund as the schedule will already be in process.
