DAILY ADMISSION >

Adults $8.00 / Youth 16 & under = $5.00

COACHES > Will pay to enter and will be refunded when they turn in their admission ticket on Saturday to receive a Coaches Pass. Only 3 coaches per team will be reimbursed. Passes and reimbursement must be picked up on Saturday!

Harvesters Canned Food Drive Contest > 

Donations accepted from 8:00am until 3pm on Saturday

The team who donates the most canned goods will get to have Monica in their dugout and guest coach an inning of one of their games! Winner to be announced at 3:30pm

Book / Autograph Signing > 

Will take place on Saturday from 11am--2:30pm



Bracket placement for each team is based on POOL FINISH. We DO NOT USE OVERALL FINISH.


12 C: There are 2 pools. Your pool placement is based SOLELY on how you finish in your pool. The considerations are as follows:

  1. Win - Loss Record
  2. Runs Allowed
  3. Runs Scored
  4. Coin Flip


14 C and HS Open: These divisions have only 1 pool and are seeded accordingly in the bracket.

YES - Monica will be at the ballpark for this event!

Monica is one of the most decorated players in softball history! Along with all her accomplishments, she is the NCAA Division I leader in wins, strikeouts, shutouts and innings. In addition, she founded the Monica Abbott Scholarship fund to support the education of female multi-sport athletes who demonstrate leadership both in the classroom and on the field.

Monica will be at the ballpark again on Sunday and will handle all the award presentations!

Awards are based on bracket play results only - NOT on pool play results.

Standard USA Softball rules apply with the following exceptions:


REMINDER > All teams must have at least two coaches who have completed & passed the USA Softball Background Check and have taken SafeSport - no exceptions - found on the www.RegisterUSASoftball.com website.


ALL TEAMS MUST ENTER THEIR COMPLETE ROSTERS ONLINE ON THIS WEBSITE!


Rainout Policy: If 75% of games are played, there will be no refunds. Refunds will be issued based on number of games played. If the event is completely rained out, refunds will be issued minus a $25 non-refundable administration fee. There will be no refunds to teams that withdraw from the tournament once the schedule is made or to those who forfeit games.
