** Welcome to the Region 7 All American Games REGIONAL FINALS **
30 players from the 12u division & 30 players from the 14u division will be selected to represent REGION 7 at the All-American Games in Oklahoma City in August.
LOCATION: Lone Elm Softball Complex - 16901 S. Lone Elm Rd -- Olathe, KS
COST = $50.00 CASH - to be paid when you check in at the facility the day of the event.
Check-in located inside the Indoor Facility.

MUST Include: Players name, date of birth, primary playing position, secondary playing position, their current team name, parents name & email address and players t-shirt size (note - shirts are adult unisex in sizing)
PITCHERS & CATCHERS for both 12u & 14u > CHECK-IN = 8:00-8:30am Warmups begin after introductions. Tryouts for these positions will conclude at approximately 11:30am. Selections will be announced at approximately 12:15pm for these positions.
Pitchers / Catchers who are selected are required to stay the entire day and will be matched up with the remainder of their team at the end of the day.
INFIELDERS & OUTFIELDERS for both 12u & 14u > CHECK-IN = 12:00-12:30pm Warmups begin after introductions. Tryouts for these positions will conclude at approximately 4:00pm. Selection for these positions will announced 30 minutes after the tryout has concluded.
NOTE > Pitching & hitting will be done INSIDE the indoor facility. All players must have turf shoes or sneakers for that portion of the tryouts!
Concession stand will be open. Players are expected to stay for the entire day.
Late arrivals will not be allowed to participate!
RESTRICTIONS: This is not an open tryout! Participating players must have been selected to advance & participate through an earlier tryout or by invitation from one of the following USA Softball associations: Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Kansas City, St Louis, Missouri or Nebraska. Players must be age eligible for whichever event they are trying out for and must be a member of a 2025 USA Softball team OR have the USA Softball individual player insurance. Players without the USA Softball insurance will be charged an additional $17 to cover the insurance requirement.
COME PREPARED! Selections will be announced 1 hour after tryouts have concluded. Pitchers & Catchers will be announced prior to the start of the tryouts for Infield & Outfield. Those who are selected to go to the All American Games will be asked to stay & all others will be able to leave or stay and tryout for a different position. Following the selections, there will be a photo shoot, meet & greet and information for the parents or guardians.
