Out of town teams: none of our events are "stay to play".

COACHES / TEAMS: All teams must be registered with USA Softball & have some form of team insurance for the current season. You can upload your teams insurance certificate by logging in and clicking on your Team Information link.  ALL Coaches are required to pass the Background Check & complete the SafeSport certification found on RegisterUSASoftball.com

ONLINE PAYMENTS are accepted for our events but note that PayPal adds a processing fee of approximately 3.5% to each transaction.

Alcohol is not allowed at any softball complex and/or parking lot.

REGISTRATION for insurance for the 2026 season will begin on or before August 20th.  You do not have to wait until then to enter tournaments!  You can enter now and then complete your insurance, background check & SafeSport before your team comes to play!  Updates on RegisterUSA will be posted here when it becomes available.
