COACHES / TEAMS: All teams must be registered with USA Softball & have some form of team insurance for the current season. You can upload your teams insurance certificate by logging in and clicking on your Team Information link. ALL Coaches are required to pass the Background Check & complete the SafeSport certification found on RegisterUSASoftball.com
ONLINE PAYMENTS are accepted for our events but note that PayPal adds a processing fee of approximately 3.5% to each transaction.
Alcohol is not allowed at any softball complex and/or parking lot.
NEW Age Chart for 2025 Season
2025 Championship Play Season - Junior Olympic Age Qualifications. (September 1, 2024 – August 31, 2025) A player’s age as of August 31 determines the age in which the player is eligible to play the following year.
i. 8-Under Age Classification. A player whose 9th birthday is prior to September 1, 2024, is INELIGIBLE.
ii. 10-Under Age Classification. A player whose 11th birthday is prior to September 1, 2024, is INELIGIBLE.
iii. 12-Under Age Classification. A player whose 13th birthday is prior to September 1, 2024, is INELIGIBLE.
iv. 14-Under Age Classification. A player whose 15th birthday is prior to September 1, 2024, is INELIGIBLE.
v. 16-Under Age Classification. A player whose 17th birthday is prior to September 1, 2024, is INELIGIBLE.
vi. 18-Under Age Classification. A player whose 19th birthday is prior to September 1, 2024, is INELIGIBLE.
vii. Players of younger age classification may play in older age classifications, but an older age classification player may not play in the younger age classification
