FACILITY LOCATION: Bill Gravette Sports Complex, 1020 NW 8th St, Abilene, KS 67410
GAME TIMES: 70 minute pool & bracket games; flip for home team every game
COACHES CHECK-IN & ADMISSION: Coaches Check-In with Loren Fisher, Tournament Director, by the concession stand/restroom building. All coaches will pay to get in. 3 coaches per team will be reimbursed their gate admission. Your team will receive an envelope with reimbursement money and 3 all day coaches passes, at your coaches check-in. One (1) coach from each team only needs to check-in and receive the coaches envelope and your new ball.
CONCESSION STAND: NO concessions for the day.
GAME BALLS: Hit your own balls. You will receive one (1) new game ball at your coaches check-in. Red-stitch ASA/USA Stamped 11" or 12" Optic Yellow .47 COR/375 Ball (No USSSA Blue-stitch balls will be used)
INDIVIDUAL GATE FEE: Adults 18 and Older $6.00; Ages 5-17 $2.00 (Cash only).
