TOURNAMENT UPDATES (as of Monday, August 28, 2023)

BALLPARK FACILITY LOCATION: Rueger Park; 2801 SE Kansas Ave, Topeka, KS 66605

PLAYER CHECK-IN: Player check-in will take place at Rueger Park on Saturday, September 2, 2023 from 7:30 am - 10:00 am. All players participating in the tournament must provide a current valid picture ID at time of player check-in.

BAT CHECK: Bat checks will take place at Rueger Park on Saturday, September 2, 2023 from 7:30 am - 10:00 am. Bats will be checked against the USA Softball approved bat list, as well as with the USA Softball bat compression fixture.

TEAM BENCHES: The team listed on the top of the bracket will be in the 1st base dugout. The team listed on the bottom of the bracket will be in the 3rd base dugout. In the event a team plays back-to-back on the same field, changing dugouts will not be required.

Tournament Shirts will be available on site Saturday only from 9 am - 5 pm

TOURNAMENT UPDATES (as of Thursday, August 24, 2023)

1st games will begin Saturday, September 2 at 9:00 a.m. Championship IF game is scheduled to start at 3:15 p.m. Sunday the 3rd.

MANAGER'S MEETING (REQUIRED) - Friday, September 1, 2023 @ 6:00 p.m. at the Hotel Headquarters; Springhill Suites SW Topeka; 2745 SW Fairlawn Rd, Topeka, KS 66614 (Mandatory meeting for at least the manager to attend from each team.) This will be a brief meeting to have questions asked about the tournament and to make sure everyone is on the same page for the weekend.

REQUIRED - ALL bats will be compression tested and stickered by the Tournament Committee on-site at the park before entering play. 2 certified bat testers will be on-site.

AD Starr USA Approved 52/300 Tattoo softballs will be provided. We do not have an endless supply of balls, so the more softballs that are hit for home runs or foul balls that are retrieved, the more new softballs we will have available later in the event. Your cooperation on this is appreciated. 

Uniform requirements - Matching shirt with number is the only requirement.

No gate admission will be charged. 

It will be hot so please plan accordingly. Please HYDRATE in advance and all weekend.

Men’s D Home Run Rule = Three ( 3 ) over-the-fence home runs per game.  For any in excess, the ball is dead, the batter is out and no runners can advance.

Men’s D = Three ( 3 ) C classified players and no players from Class A, Class B, Class C+, or the Restricted Player's List.
